Department
Your
new Home Creations' home comes with a limited one-year builder's warranty.
We offer a full-service customer care warranty department to take care of
repairs (other than maintenance items) that may arise in your new home
within the first year of ownership. To reach this department, please call
405.692.2222. For emergencies, the customer care warranty department may
be reached at this number after-hours and on weekends. You may also

In addition to your
one-year limited warranty, your Home Creations home also comes with a
10-year structural warranty through Residential Warranty Corporation. A
detailed booklet outlining the RWC coverage is given out at contract
signing and also again at closing on your new home.
Should you sell your home within the first 10 years, the 10-year structural
warranty is transferable to the new buyer. However, the one-year limited
builder's warranty is not transferable
* In special cases, a one-year builder's limited warranty may not be
provided. Please consult your real estate purchase contract for
details.
